You would not believe what we went through to get these pictures! Driving up to Pinecrest after the biggest snow storm in 10 years is no joke. I think I skidded twice and my worry of seeing the cars in front of me with chains and I didn’t have any was dreadful. But aren’t these worth it?! Yes! Every minute of it, I would do it again for these two beautiful souls. They just melt my heart and seeing them so in love with each other gives my heart a warmth happiness.

They also flew in just for their session and no they don’t know each other at all. What a coincedence. They told me a story of how San Francisco was special to them because he proposed at a Giants baseball game after he caught a ball. She said “I was so excited that we caught a ball already and then he gets on one knee and pops the ring box out … I just started jumping up and down, I coudn’t take it!” I was beaming with joy just hearing her excitement of sharing their proposal story with me. I couldn’t resist showing off her gorgeous legs in the photos, this girl works out everyday and has lost a lot weight that it was time to show off her amazing body. At one point at the beach I asked him “hey can you give her a piggy back ride?” He said “No, but she can to me! She can squat me no problem.” I started cracking up. Locations shot at were Legion og Honor, Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Field in San Francisco.

So as we we were chatting on the phone over their upcoming engagement session they said they wanted to fly in from Las Vegas to shoot with me. They often come down to the city for warrior basketball games and they just love to hang out for days in the city. They were so sweet to photograph and so much fun it was contagious. Sandra is a second shooter for a wedding photographer in Las Vegas so she loves taking pictures and wanted a fun relaxed approach to their session.
