I loved shooting at Oceano Hotel in Half Moon bay! It’s a one stop venue with rooms for all your guests and plenty of ballrooms for your ceremony, cocktail and reception area. They also have a beautiful lawn area if you would like an outside ceremony or cocktail time. A short walk accroos the street is the Marina docks and home of the Maverick waves. Gina and Mike grew up in Half Moon Bay and went to Highschool together but they didn’t really know each other until 10 years ago they met at a mutual friends party and have been together since then. They had their son Brody 4 years into their relationship which was the best thing that happend to them and they became a family. Gina would ask Mike “So are we getting married?,… so, when are we getting married?” LOL. Eventually Gina got tired of asking and when she least expected it their son Brody asked her while on vacation in Maui on Valentines day February 2015. He came out in his pajamas with a little box and handed it to her and said “will you marry daddy?” Gina was in total shock and Mike got down on one knee and popped the question. Brody was the official best man since he did ask her to marry his daddy..jpg)
